We were here today for the first time. Nice ambience. The drinks and the food were mixed up with the waitress Unfortunately it wasn't that good. For the price I expected something better.

We finally managed to pay a visit to the local fillet. The food was a total taste explosion that we haven't been able to experience for a long time. 😋The various components were perfectly and uniquely coordinated with one another. Chapeau to the cook! People cook with love here, you can tell. We can highly recommend the local fillet, even if the prices are a little too high for our region, but we haven't regretted it. Super-friendly and courteous service and a chic ambience invite you to relax. See you soon!

Very nice restaurant with very nice and courteous service. The food was great. Highly recommended.

A taste explosion from the first to the last bite. Regional & fresh ingredients, exciting combinations and perfectly coordinated dishes. The dishes were beautifully arranged and presented in different textures. We had the trout tartare and the char ... just awesome! My highlight was the dessert ... homemade cassis sorbet with rocket, balsamic vinegar and hip biscuit. The waitresses are very nice and dedicated. The wine selection is good. Lots of lovely wines, but I think it's regional. Prices are more than reasonable. We are looking forward to the next time! Thank you so much!

A place with a great atmosphere and very tasty food. The dishes are very well presented and cooked to the point. The waitresses are very accommodating and round off the great evening. I would love to come back again.

In September I had dinner with my son. It was excellent. Great quality and nice presentation, nice decor from the restaurant and very nice staff. 3 days ago I stayed there. Restaurant was unfortunately too but the room was the same as in the restaurant: very nicely decorated and super clean. Again super nice staff. So, in one word: recommended! Why a photo of the sink? Because I also want to have one built at my house 🤗

I was there as part of a business dinner. I find it inappropriate, if one in a restaurant the so-called "upscale restaurants" (whatever that may refer) by the staff unasked addressed with "you". Not at all, for an official meal. My food was cold, only the plate warm.

Even at the beginning: I am only rating the hotel because unfortunately we didn't get around to eating there. And the hotel is definitely a good 5 star. Everything is clean, check in / out completely uncomplicated, staff in a great mood, furnishings new, well-kept and modern. So everything was great for 5 stars. Aaaber: To get information about the hotel is an act ...: D No pictures on the net, no information about the facilities, prices, check in / out times, possibilities for breakfast etc. You just have to call and ask. And you have to make sure that it is best to call during the opening times of the bistro or restaurant. After a few attempts, I wrote a message on Facebook and got an answer and everything went great. But nowadays it would be nicer if not only the restaurant is advertised on the website but at least some basic information about the hotel is on the page. A booking form would be nice too. It seems a bit like the restaurant is going really well and the hotel is more of a "nice-to-have" and there is no focus on it. Which is a shame, as it is a great hotel, but you won't find anything about it if you are looking for a hotel in Oelsnitz. The selection is not particularly large, and if the local fillet were better equipped with information on the Internet, it would probably be regularly booked out. In any case, the star deduction is just a motivation for the operators to bring their website up to date;) We will be happy to come back when we are in Oelsnitz again. Slept great. The bed was very comfortable. Hopefully you can see in the pictures: D
